Returns/Exchanges

Return and exchange options are available at SheFineLuxury online store, but to ensure that you are receiving the correct size for your product(s), please refer to the unique sizing chart located on each product page.  We also recommend ordering, at least, one size up.

Returns

  • For any item(s) that arrived damaged, defective, misshipped, or not included in your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned damaged/defective/misshipped items must not be worn or used and must be in original condition upon return.
  • Photo proofs for your returns are greatly appreciated and can be emailed to shefineluxury@gmail.com. Please include your order number in the subject and/or body of the email.
  • An email confirmation will be sent out when your return package has been received by us.
  • For refund, please allow 5 days upon receipt to expect a refund.

Exchanges

  • Item(s) may only be exchanged for a REFUND.
  • For any item(s) that arrived damaged, defective, misshipped, or not included in your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanged item(s) must not be worn or used and must be in original condition as received.
  • An email confirmation will be sent out when your return package has been received by us. Following an inspection, a refund will be issued if items are up to par.
  • To exchange an item, simply place a new order through our online store.
